Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Relationship Manager to join their client's team in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; maintain strong retention.
• Prepare and deliver annual stewardship reports, pre-renewal and mid-year presentations, financial/funding analyses, and monthly/quarterly loss reports.
• Support the renewal process, including data gathering, strategy, marketing, and proposal delivery.
• Ensure on-time delivery and explanation of policy documents.
• Maintain a proactive communication schedule; manage midterm needs, claims, and changes.
• Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring no balances exceed 30 days.
• Coordinate internal/external resources, including producers, claims, risk management, tech, and loss control.
• Participate in client meetings and coverage reviews.
• Work with claims teams, carriers, and TPAs to build claims strategies.
• Assist with escalated issues, such as insurance requirements, accounting discrepancies, and premium/commission issues.
• Help reinforce internal processes, compliance, and team accountability.

Key Performance Expectations:

• 92%+ renewal rate on assigned accounts.
• Zero accounts receivable over 30 days.
• Proposals delivered 2+ weeks before renewal.
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.

Requirements:

• MD Property & Casualty License is required.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 35-hour workweek.

Additional Details:

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
